Grès par ROBERT GOOSSENS

Auctioned on April 26, 2021, this bailiff's chain perfectly represents the specific know-how and the will to innovate that the Goossens house proposes since its creation in the 50s.
Composed of a chain of bailiff with transformation and its medallion in hammered and patinated metal, this necklace circa 60, was created and thought by Robert Goossens, founder of the house and principal parurier of Gabrielle Chanel.
The necklace was made for the fashion house "Grès".
Authenticated by Mr Patrick Goossens, the lot is reproduced in the book "Bijoux de Haute Couture" by Robert Goossens page 89.
The lot is visible in our office, by appointment only.
