Japan, 19th century Wooden tonkotsu, with lacquer, mother-of-pearl, pewter and tortoiseshell inlays, featuring five dragonflies with outstretched wings, the ivory ojime with shibayama decoration representing flowering branches, a deer horn manjû, decorated with insects and a butterfly in mother-of-pearl and tortoiseshell inlays in a wooden bowl.
